The Pheasant at Buckland

The Pheasant, which became part of Chester based company, Brunning & Price in 2015, offers stunning cosy interiors with open fires, wooden floors, traditional furniture and pictures, and a well-stocked bar at it’s heart.

Not to mention our beautiful pub garden that overlooks Percy the tractor and glorious green fields.

Pub landlord, Mitch Lowe recently joined The Pheasant at Buckland from The Nevill Crest and Gun in Tunbridge Wells, a sister Brunning & Price establishment. Former landlady Beth Wells is taking on fresh challenges within Brunning & Price and we all wish her and Mitch every success in their new roles.

An emotional moment for former landlady Beth Wells as the “name above the door” changes!

Mitch is passionate about all things beer and gin and is never far away from his next pint or G&T! Mitch says “we promise we are a very friendly team, full of smiles and love a good chin wag (alongside a pint of course!) …..so please come to The Pheasant and take some time to have a chat with us.  We look forward to meeting you soon!”

We organise lots of events to make sure you check our website to see what’s coming up – meet the brewer, wine tasting or gin festivals are our usual ones.

For more information about The Pheasant visit their website, and, if you sign up to the mailing list, maybe you will be lucky enough to win a meal to the value of £50 in one of the monthly prize.

Click Pheasant to contact the team or visit their website for more information and to make an online table reservation.

Please do not try to contact The Pheasant using the contact us buttons on this website – as our webmaster is part time you will be left wondering why your request for a table has not been answered!
